DELIVERY
UK Delivery
Please Email, phone or fax me with your request. It will be delivered to UK customers by Royal Mail insured service. A signature will be required upon receipt of the order.
EU Delivery
Please Email phone or fax me with your request. Once your commission piece has been fashioned, it will be despatched by Royal Mail insured service, or courier service depending on country of destination. A signature will be required upon receipt of the order. EU customers will be advised of delivery surcharges where applicable.
US and International Delivery
Please Email phone or fax me with your request. Once your commission piece has been fashioned, it will be despatched by Royal Mail tracked service, or courier service depending on country of destination. A signature will be required upon receipt of the order.
International customers will be advised of delivery times and surcharges where applicable.
PAYMENT
Cheques require five working days to clear before it is possible to despatch your jewellery.

Payment is made in British Pounds.
Conversions at current exchange rates can be obtained from your credit card company.
RETURNS
UK Returns
Articles are accepted for credit if returned in a saleable condition within seven working days, in their original packaging accompanied by the sale receipt.

Items must be returned by secure insured mail service.
Returns are not accepted on damaged items, which are not notified within three days of delivery.
All postage and packaging is non-refundable on return of goods. All returns are at sender risk.

Insurance Valuation Certificates
As all items of jewellery are unique 'fashioned once and only once' we strongly recommend their insurance. To assist you an Insurance valuation certificate accompanies each piece of jewellery.
Photography
Some items may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to screen sizes and digital imaging techniques. Other items may be represented larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Title of Goods
The title of goods passes to the customer at time of payment. We shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for losses; special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential, of profit, of damage to property, or of wasted expenditure.
Statuary rights remain unaffected.
